Contact Virtual Service Assists

Tell us which jobs are taking up your team's week. We will come back with how we would handle them, what stays with your practice and how we would quote.

After you get in touch

What happens next

There is no sales sequence. Three steps take you from first message to a written proposal you can decide on.

  1. We reply and book a call

We read your message, ask anything we need to understand the work, and arrange a scoping call on Teams, Zoom or by phone at a time that suits your diary.

  2. We talk through the tasks

On the call we go through the tasks, the software involved, rough client volumes and your deadlines, and agree which decisions stay with your team.

  3. You receive a written scope

We send a scope listing each task and the hours quoted. If you go ahead, we move on to access set-up, and most engagements are live within the first couple of weeks.

Before you write

What to include in your message

A few details let us give you a useful answer the first time. None of them are required, and a rough figure is fine.

Please do not send client names, identity documents or financial records through the form or by email. Client data is only shared once access is agreed in writing and set up in your own systems.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Will calling a Ghana number cost my practice more?

An international call may be charged at your provider's international rate. If you prefer, send an email or use the form and we will arrange the conversation on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, which costs nothing to join from the UK.

What hours can we reach you?

Monday to Friday on Greenwich Mean Time. From 25 October 2026 to 28 March 2027 that matches London exactly. During British Summer Time our clock reads one hour earlier than yours, so a 10:00 London call is 09:00 for us.

Can we start with one task and add more later?

Yes. Many practices begin with a single job, such as AML checks or invoice chasing, and add services once the first one is running smoothly. Logins, templates and reporting carry over, so each addition takes less set-up time than the first.

Should I send client documents with my enquiry?

No. Please keep client names, ID and financial records out of the form and email. We only handle client data after the scope is agreed in writing and you have issued logins to your own systems, which keeps that data under your control from the start.
